What Luma does

Luma is an AI-powered tool that generates and publishes LinkedIn posts on your behalf. By using Luma, you authorize us to post content to your connected LinkedIn account based on your preferences and instructions.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Luma.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account.
  • You must have a valid LinkedIn account and authorize Luma to post on your behalf.

Content

  • AI-generated content — Posts are generated by AI based on your instructions, trending news, and your content preferences. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the content that gets published to your LinkedIn.
  • Your content — You retain ownership of photos you upload and instructions you provide. By uploading, you grant us a license to use them for generating your posts.
  • No guarantees — AI content may occasionally be inaccurate, off-tone, or inappropriate. You can pause auto-posting anytime from Settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Luma to:

  • Post spam, misleading content, or content that violates LinkedIn's terms.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
  • Distribute harmful, illegal, or harassing content.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API or infrastructure.

Payments and subscriptions

  • Free accounts have limited features. Paid plans (Starter, Pro) unlock more.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in INR.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page — access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@abhinay.co.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Luma depends on third-party APIs (LinkedIn, AI providers) that may experience downtime. We are not liable for missed posts due to API outages.

Limitation of liability

Luma is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: content published to your LinkedIn, lost engagement, account restrictions by LinkedIn, or business losses.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is permanently deleted.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
